How to Choose the Right Size Built-In Electric Oven for Your Kitchen Layout?

Selecting the perfect built-in electric oven involves more than just picking a stylish design—it’s about aligning technical specifications with your kitchen’s unique dimensions and cooking needs. A poorly sized oven can disrupt workflow, waste energy, or even require costly cabinet modifications. Step 1: Measure Your Space Accurately
Every kitchen layout has constraints. Start by measuring the height, width, and depth of the cabinet cavity where the oven will be installed. Standard built-in ovens typically require a 60cm (24-inch) width, but compact models (45cm/18-inch) or larger units (90cm/35-inch) are available for unconventional spaces. 
Consider vertical space: If installing the oven above a cooktop, ensure at least 30cm (12 inches) of clearance between the oven and hood to prevent heat interference. Our steam-combi ovens feature enhanced insulation to reduce external surface temperatures, allowing safer integration in tight spaces.
Step 2: Assess Your Cooking Demands
Size should reflect usage. A 60-liter oven suits most families (4–6 people), handling large roasts or multiple trays simultaneously. Smaller households or secondary kitchens might opt for a 45-liter model.
