The wok smell and smoke of Chinese stir-frying are the soul of delicious food, but the instantaneous oil smoke also makes kitchen cleaning a problem. What does a 90% oil separation rate mean?
According to the national standard GB/T17713, the oil separation rate refers to the efficiency of the range hood to separate and collect oil from the air.
